What we collect

We collect information you give us when you fill out forms (name, phone, email, move-in date, optional notes), basic analytics (page views, clicks, device type) via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, and cookies described below.

How we use it

To respond to reservation requests, deliver service, send transactional emails about your reservation or rental, and improve the site. We don't sell your information.

SMS & text-message communications

When you provide your mobile phone number, we may send you SMS text messages related to your reservation, rental, account, gate or lock codes, payment reminders, and lobby assistance requests. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. This information is used solely for Stone Spring Storage operational communications and is not made available to advertisers or affiliated marketers.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your account — typically a few messages per month for active renters. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier's plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send; reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at jon@stonespringstorage.com or 540-208-1853.

Cookies & tracking

We use Google Tag Manager to manage GA4, Bing Webmaster Tools, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Ads conversion tracking. You can opt out via your browser settings or use a tracking-blocking extension.

Your rights (Virginia residents)
