Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern your use of the Stone Spring Storage website and any SMS communications. They are separate from the Rental Agreement you sign when you rent a storage unit.

Use of the website
By using stonespringstorage.com, you agree to use the site for lawful purposes only — to learn about our facility, view pricing and availability, request reservations, sign your Rental Agreement, manage your account, and contact us. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the site's operation, scrape our pricing data for competitive purposes, or use the site to send unsolicited communications.
Pricing & availability
Posted prices reflect current promotional rates for new rentals and are subject to change without notice. Unit availability shown on the site is updated frequently but is not guaranteed in real time. Your final rate and unit assignment are confirmed when you complete your rental and sign the Rental Agreement.
SMS communications
When you provide us a mobile phone number — through our reservation form, rental flow, lobby assistance kiosk, or by contacting our office — you consent to receive SMS text messages from Stone Spring Storage. These messages may include: reservation confirmations; rental and account updates; gate access codes and lock combinations for your unit; payment reminders and receipts; lobby assistance requests and connection invites; and operational notices about the facility.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity — typically a few messages per month for active renters. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier's plan. We are not responsible for charges your carrier may apply to incoming SMS.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You'll receive one final confirmation that you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or email us at jon@stonespringstorage.com or call 540-208-1853. Note that opting out of SMS may limit our ability to send you time-sensitive operational information about your unit (gate codes, payment alerts, etc.); we may need to switch to email or phone calls instead.
Rental Agreement
These Website & SMS Terms are separate from and do not replace the Rental Agreement you sign when you rent a unit. The Rental Agreement governs the actual storage rental, payment obligations, your responsibilities as tenant, late and default procedures, lien-sale procedures, and other terms specific to the unit you rent. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement regarding your rental, the Rental Agreement controls.
Intellectual property
All content on stonespringstorage.com — including text, images, logos, photos, the Stone Spring Storage brand, and software — is owned by Eagle Ridge Land, LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pricing or unit availability is always real-time accurate. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Rockingham County, Virginia.
