Word-of-mouth is the best advertising a local business gets. If you send someone our way and they sign up, we want to thank you for it.
- You refer someone — friend, family, coworker, neighbor. You don't have to be a customer.
- They sign up and move in — they get the same rate they'd get otherwise.
- You earn 50% of their first month's rent, capped at $100.
- We mail your check roughly 60 days after move-in, once their account is paid current.
